Admissions Process

Checklist for Grades 1st to 8th

  • Fill out the online application by using this link: http://www.theimmaculate.org/school/
     
  • Submit a copy of the following by email, mail or online in your School Admin Parent Portal (the portal is established once you submit the application):
    - Most recent report card
    - Previous year’s report card
    - Most recent standardized test scores
    - Birth certificate
    - Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
    - Any individualized education plans such as an IEP or 504, etc. (if applicable)
     
  • Visit the admissions page on our website to download the Teacher Recommendation Form and submit to your student’s current teacher.
    - Grades 1-3: Give the form to current teacher (only one is necessary).
    - Grades 4-8: Give a form to both the current Math and Language Arts teachers.

- Please let the teacher(s) know to submit the filled out form directly to the Admissions Office either by mail or email.

  • Schedule to be an “Eagle for the Day” with the Admissions Office. You can schedule this on our website or you can email our office directly at admissions@theimmaculate.org.
     
  • Admission’s screening will be held on the following date: Saturday, January 5 at 9:30 a.m. (Snow date is Saturday, January 12.)
     
  • Decision letters will be mailed in early February.

 

Checklist for Pre-K and Kindergarten

  • Fill out the online application by using this link: http://www.theimmaculate.org/school/
     
  • Submit a copy of the following by email, mail or online in your School Admin Parent Portal (the portal is established once you submit the application):
    - Birth certificate
    - Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
    - Any individualized education plans such as an IEP or 504, etc. (if applicable)
     
  • Kindergarten applicants only: Admissions screening will be held on the following date: Monday, January 7 (Time: TBA)
     
  • Decision letters will be mailed in early February.

All Pre-K students must be potty-trained before the first day of school.

Please note: All Kindergarten students must be age 5 by September 1st per MD State Law.
