Registered students in our program are cared for from 7:00-7:30 a.m. and from 2:45-6:00 p.m. beginning with the first full day of school. The program is not open on holidays, noon dismissal days or days when there is no school because of inclement weather. If there is a delayed opening, the morning Extended Day will begin one hour prior to the start of the school day. If we are in school and dismiss early because of inclement weather, Extended Day will be closed. Any child not picked up within 15 minutes of the end of the school day will be sent to the Extended Day program and the parent will be charged a late fee of $15. Dismissal Procedures:

After cars have left the parking lot, any students who have not been picked up by parents will be taken to the Cafeteria and checked into Extended Day. At 3:00 p.m., students will be checked into the EXTENDED DAY program and parents will be charged a late fee of $15. This policy is in effect for the safety of the students. Parents who are frequently late should formally register their child for the Extended Day Program.

Payment of fees is made in advance of students attending the Extended Day Program.  Two week advance payments are required, beginning at the time of registration.  Please make all checks payable to IC Extended Day.  Please do not include Extended Day payments with any other school fees, such as tuition or registration, etc..

Extended Day Program Fees:

Registration Fee:            $25.00/child        This fee is non-refundable.

Re-registration Fee:        $10.00/child       This fee is non-refundable

Before School
(7:00 – 7:30 am):            $15.00 per week for 1^st child

After School     *Based on a consistent set schedule of attendance
(2:45 – 6:00 pm):            $50.00 per week for 1^st child

Drop-in ~ Single Day ~* Registration is required and we ask that you notify the Extended Day office 24 hours in advance of your child’s attendance for staffing purposes.

(2:45 – 6:00 pm):            $15.00 per day, for each child

(after 6:00 pm) :            $6.00 from 6:01 to 6:15

                                     $6.00 from 6:16 to 6:30

                                     $6.00 from 6:31 to 6:45, etc.
