Facilities Reservations

Welcome to Immaculate Conception’s on-line system for scheduling events and using facilities on the Immaculate Conception Campus.

At The Church of the Immaculate Conception, we are committed to being good stewards of our facilities, keeping them in a well-maintained condition and welcoming our members and guests to use our facilities to carry out our mission of supporting the Catholic faith.  Together, we care for our buildings and church grounds. Help us by sharing in our commitment of Stewardship.

Use of Facilities

The use of Immaculate Conception facilities is restricted to appropriate Church and school-related activities:

  • Immaculate Conception Catholic School, Immaculate Conception Church ministry groups, and Parish-chartered groups:  Knights of Columbus, Athletic Association, and Boy Scouts and Girl Scout Troops.
  • Community group events and private events. These events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  All events must be appropriate to a church environment.  We do not host For-Profit events.

Immaculate Conception reserves the right to refuse the use of the facilities to any person or organization and to evict any person for misconduct or other reasons not in the best interest of the Parish.

Availability

Reservations are considered on a first come, first serve basis.  Liturgical and official school-related activities come before all other reservation requests are considered.  You will be contacted once your completed IC Online Facility Request has been received to confirm and discuss your reservation.
